Cliff Bronze is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 38 years of experience of the Civil Engineering, Rail, M&E, Building and Power Industries, plus extensive experience of the Marine and Oil & Gas Industries both Internationally and within the UK.

He has gained experience with major international contractors as a quantity surveyor and commercial manager. He has managed large commercial, planning, project controls and quantity surveying teams on major assignments in UK and Internationally with both consultancies and major UK Contractors.


Since 1996 he has specialised in providing commercial and contractual advice and team leadership on major and often problematic complex projects worldwide. He has been responsible for the formulation and / or appraisal of complex claims through to negotiation and settlement, submissions to adjudication and expert assistance in arbitration and litigation on numerous forms of Contract including bespoke rail, marine and process work. He has worked extensively for both contracting, ship building and employer organizations.


He has provided independent appraisal and valuation work for Contractors, Specialist Subcontractors, banks, project funders and insurers in the assessment and management of risk in respect of commercial, contractual and programme delivery aspects.


He has also been appointed as quantum and/or delay expert on many disputes involving extension of time, appraisal of loss and expense and damages , prolongation, acceleration and the valuation of variation and change on marine, oil & gas, civil and heavy engineering, building and M&E contracts, Professional Indemnity claims in the UK and Internationally


He has carried out several commissions within the rail and infrastructure sectors, including station M&E, communications and power distribution contracts, including several major disputes on the Jubilee line extension, Docklands, UK and other major projects worldwide.
